The 7th edition of the International Chocolate & Pastry Fair will take place from 20 to 22 November 2025, at the headquarters of the Tunisian Union of Industry, Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) in Tunis. According to the organisers, this annual event has become an unmissable date for chocolate lovers and fans of sweet delights.
The Fair will bring together major professionals in the fields of chocolate, cocoa, pastries, ice cream, coffee and confectionery from Tunisia and from several foreign countries, including Algeria and France.
Over 5,000 visitors and more than 100 exhibitors
This year’s edition is expected to attract more than 5,000 visitors over three days, with the participation of more than 100 exhibitors specialised in chocolate and pastry, both from Tunisia and abroad. This confirms the importance of this event in promoting and supporting a thriving sector that continues to grow.
The Salon will also serve as a platform allowing industry actors to showcase their products and innovations, while strengthening partnerships and fostering the exchange of expertise.
Workshops, tastings and a closing competition
The programme will kick off on 20 November with interactive workshops for children, including drawing and chocolate sculpting activities, in addition to open tasting sessions for visitors.
The Fair will also offer a unique opportunity for fans of pastry and cooking to meet and interact with pastry schools and academies, which will present demonstrations and live workshops throughout the exhibition.
A competition will be organised for the best pastry piece and for the most creative artistic chocolate creation. The winners will be announced during the closing ceremony scheduled for 22 November 2025, in the presence of a jury of experts and professionals from the sector.
