The investigating judge of the Counterterrorism Judicial Unit has decided to close the investigation into the Ahmed Sawab case and refer it to the indictment chamber specializing in terrorism cases at the Tunis Court of Appeal, according to a source close to the prosecution.
Ahmed Sawab, a retired administrative judge, was arrested for “terrorism” after the release of a video in which he made a statement in front of his chambers on April 19.
