Two coronavirus death was registered on October 22, 2021, said a statement from the Ministry of Health. This takes overall fatality numbers to 25.149 since the emergence of the pandemic in Tunisia, it added.
The number of new infection cases detected is 172 after 3.751 tests were carried out or a test positivity rate of 4.59%.
The infection tally stands at 711.693.
