The Court of Appeal issued four arrest warrants against the defendants in the corruption case linking to the allocation of construction permits and different other services, not in accordance with legal procedures, to the municipality of Soukra, Mosaique FM reports.
It should be remembered that the Ariana Court of First Instance had initiated an inquiry, by order of the prosecution, into a case of suspicion of financial and administrative corruption within the municipality of Soukra.
Fifteen people, including agents and officials of the municipality, were taken into custody.
