The court of cassation rejected the request presented by the defence team of the frozen MPs, Seifeddine Makhlouf and Nidhal Saoudi, to exclude the military justice from the case of the so-called airport, in favour of the civil justice.
The military tribunal will consequently proceed to deal with this case.
