On April 23, Prime MinisterAhmed Hachani chaired, in the company of several ministers, a meeting concentrated on the return of Tunisians living abroad this summer during which it was notably a question of boosting coordination logistics between all parties to support Tunisians abroad returning to the country.
Several actions were taken on the sidelines of this meeting, including the issuance of 500 low-cost tickets for the benefit of needy families in the Tunisian diaspora (200 tickets on board the Compagnie Tunisienne de Navigation and 300 tickets on board Tunisair).
The general director of the Compagnie Tunisienne de Navigation, Farhat Zouaghi talked this Tuesday, June 11 on Mosaique FM to announce that measures in favour of disadvantaged people residing abroad have been taken in this context.
He revealed that 500 tickets will be granted to needy people, including 300 free and 200 with a 50% reduction, in coordination with the Ministry of Social Affairs via the Office of Tunisians Abroad.
He also declared that reservations reached 161,577 passengers and 53,900 vehicles until June 10, compared to 149,900 passengers and 48,000 vehicles last year.
