A joint intelligence operation between elements of the National Unit for Research in terrorist crimes under the national guard Department of Counter-Terrorism and the Security defence resulted in the arrest of a dangerous takfiri who swore allegiance to the so-called “ISIS” terrorist organization.

In an issued statement, the interior ministry said that the arrested has been trained in the manufacturing of explosives and he sought effortlessly to obtain its components within the framework of a plan to target a security unit. However, his arrest has prevented his destructive plans.

Upon his transferal to the counter-terrorism judicial pole, the inspecting judge ordered his arrest.
