The investigating judge at Souse 1 court of first instance ordered the arrest of a suspect in his 30’s for voluntary manslaughter after finding the Decomposed body of an elderly man in his 70’s in Masakin, said Court spokesman Mohammed Helmi Missaui.
In a statement to Shems FM, Missaoui stressed that the body was found on May 4 and suspicion was limited to one of his relatives
The judge authorized the judicial police in Southern Sousse to keep the defendant in police custody.
