Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, judge and advisor to the Court of Cassation Afif Jaïdi talked about the delay in the annual movement of the magistrates emphasising that it is a “worrying indicator”.
He clarified that this incident could impact the smooth running of the trials.
”This delay could disrupt work in the courts, inflict management of provisional work and affect the implementation of the decisions issued by the administrative court,” he said.
He added that the responsibility for this delay in the competent authorities of which the Ministry of Justice.
