The Democratic Current pleaded for early legislative and presidential elections according to a new electoral system capable of ensuring the political stability of the country.
In a published press release, the party affirmed its attachment to the January 2014 Constitution and the democratic gains acquired by the people in the aftermath of the revolution of December 17, 2010-January 14, 2011.
The party stated it was open to a reform process that would be able to establish and consolidate democracy and deal with the political excesses that Tunisia is encountering.
