The Public Prosecutor’s Office in Nabeul decided to bring Deputy Zouheir Makhlouf to justice on Monday over alleged sexual harassment and indecent exposure.
The ruling was enacted under Articles 226 and 226 of the Penal Code, after an inquiry led by the Criminal Investigation Police in Nabeul and a complaint lodged by a 19-year girl.
