The Indictment Chamber, specialized in financial corruption cases at the Tunis Court of Appeal, has issued a detention warrant for former presidential candidate Nabil Karoui and his brother Ghazi.
It also decided to refer them to the Criminal Chamber specialized in financial corruption cases at the Tunis Court of First Instance to be tried for financial and administrative corruption and money laundering, according to the case file and the findings of the investigation.
