The President of the Union of Administrative Judges, Refka Mbarki, condemned today, Monday, the inability of the Independent High Authority for Elections to execute the final decisions issued by the administrative court.
She called on the President of the Republic, as protector of the constitution and the nation, to interfere urgently and apply the law to preserve social peace.
Mbarki clarified in a statement to TAP that Chapter 24 of Resolution No. 18 of 2014 on the rules and procedures for candidacy for the presidential election stipulates that “the authority is responsible for implementing the decisions issued by the general judicial session of the Administrative Court provided that it makes a decision or testimony on its mechanism.
