Following attacks on its headquarters in different parts of the nation, Ennahda movement denounced the actions of those it labelled as “criminal gangs operating on behalf of external and internal forces” enemies of Tunisia.
These people attacked the headquarters of the movement and its militants with the purpose of giving an impression of turmoil, hindering the democratic experiment and paving the way for the return of tyranny, reads a press release by the Islamist party.
It further called on all political parties, organizations and supporters of democracy to condemn these attacks and bring those involved to justice.
