Tunisia-Exclusive: Former Minister Sadok Korbi arrested on suspicion of falsifying documents

Tunisie Numérique has learned from informed sources that former education minister Sadok Kobi was apprehended yesterday on suspicion of forging documents. The same source said that Kobi will be prosecuted in accordance with article 96 of the Penal Code that stipulates a  punishment of by 5 years of incarceration and a fine equivalent to the advantage received or the damage sustained by virtue of his position with the sale, manufacture, acquisition, management or conservation of any profits attributed to the administration, who intentionally, with bad intention, exploited his capacity or Violated the legislation in force in order to achieve a material benefit for himself or others. The attempt is punishable.
