A quantity of phosphate was exported this morning, Saturday, January 15, 2022, to France, from Sfax port. This step comes in light of the growing demand for phosphate in world markets and the increased price of a ton of phosphate.
It should be mentioned that the factories of the Tunisian Chemical Group contain a stock of about 500,000 tons of phosphate, which permits it to operate all its units for more than two months.
