The Tunis Court of Appeal’s indictment chamber has upheld the ruling by the senior investigating judge of the Tunis Court of First Instance to extend the preventive detention of Noureddine Bhiri, a former Minister of Justice and leader of the Ennahda Movement, for an additional four months. This decision is related to the case concerning the death of the late former MP Jilani Daboussi.
