Speaking to Mosaique FM, Minister of Health Faouzi Mehdi affirmed on Friday that the statistics of deaths connected to the coronavirus can pass one hundred per day.
The minister estimated that the general Lockdown would not have had the expected results. The scientific committee will meet today to evaluate measures taken to combat the virus spread. The results of the assessments will be sent to the prime minister before the end of the targeted lockdown period, he added.
