Wataniya 1 appointed Mr Fathi Charouandi as its new head director.A graduate of the Institute of Press and Information Sciences, Charouandi obtained a master degree in information communication in 2011. He entered the Tunisian Radio and Television Establishment in 1994 and properly served as an Editor-in-Chief for Radio Tataouine.
Charouandi pursued his successful career by acting as Editor-in-Chief for Radio Tunis. Afterwards, he was designated as a chief Media General coordinator for the presidential and legislative elections in 2014. Moreover, he contributed meaningfully to the local establishment of the Tunisian radio editorial policy and its diverse ethical and journalistic codes.
