The Tunis Court of Appeal today condemned, Friday, in absentia, Qalb Tounes leader Nabil Karoui, to a fine of 23 million and 750 thousand dinars, according to a spokesperson of the court, Habib Torkhani.
Torkhani told the TAP, that the move was made in relationship with a currency exchange crime case.
