Trade unionist Monia Benasr declared in a social media post published Thursday, November 25, 2021, that she had won the lawsuit against the UGTT leadership and its extraordinary congress.
She stated that the judgment handed down at first instance puts an end to the work of the Union’s National Council and nullifies the results of the non-elective congress.
