Former Algerian ambassador to Tunisia Abdelkader Hadjar has passed away,Mosaique FM reports.
Mr Hadjar was the Dean of Algerian diplomats, he worked for more than 30 years in this field, beginning with Libya, Iran, Egypt, and then Tunisia.
