The court of appeal in Aix-en-Provence France has decided to defer action regarding the extradition request of Belhassen Trabelsi.
The Ministry of Justice sent representatives to defend the extradition and pleading requests. The court was requested to reject the defence team’s petition. The request was based on the ground that Trabelsi was given a deadline , in order to present his payments to the tribunal panel
