The Tunis Court of First Instance convicted, in absentia, frozen MP Yassin Ayari to 4 months in prison for harming others through social networks. This judgment was pronounced against him following a complaint lodged against him by the legal representative of the Democratic Current against the background of posts published by Ayari, in which he criticized the party’s leaders and its performance.
