The prosecution of the Gabes court of first instance declared the arrest of two people for abuse of power and embezzlement of funds intended for merchants victims of Gabes Souk fire.
A source from the court said that there are other people who will be questioned, in a state of freedom, in the context of this case.
The case started following a complaint of traders who accused local authorities of the misuse of aid, which would have been provided to people who have nothing to do with the fire.
