The General Secretary of the General Directorate for Prisons and Rehabilitation Badr al-Deen Al Rajhi jumped from Mornaguia prison roof, Medical units rushed him to the hospital, said DGPR spokesmen Sofien Mezghiche.
The action comes as a protest after a truck carrying civilians was denied access to the facility.
