The public prosecutor at the Jendouba Court of First Instance and his official spokesperson, Slaheddine Rachdi, confirmed that a dispute broke out between three brothers due to a quarrel over land in the Kef Ensour area of the delegation of Ghardimaou, in the governorate of Jendouba, and led to the death of one of them from his wounds.
He explained in a press statement that violence took place between the brothers and their relatives, which caused the death of one of them, a man in his forties. He was transported to the local hospital in Ghardimaou; with a group of wounded individuals, but he died from his injuries.
The body was examined by the investigating judge and the representative of the prosecution at the Jendouba Court of first instance and presented to the forensic doctor. An inquiry was opened into the facts, noting that a group of members of the families in conflict were arrested, pending the investigation.
