In an interview with private radio, the secretary general of the Democratic Current Ghazi Chaouachi revealed that the figures issued by the ISIE on the participation rate in the referendum are rigged. According to him, a minority cannot inflict the new Constitution. He recollected that his party boycotted the referendum and will continue to boycott this process, especially with regard to the legislative elections.
Ghazi Chaouachi added that the President of the Republic Kais Saïed did not respect the electoral silence referring to his address to the Tunisian people following the vote in the referendum.
