Haica member Soukaina Abdessamad declared this Wednesday that Haica imposed a fine of 20 thousand dinars on the national television which broadcasted a speech by the President of the Republic, Kais Saïed, on December 17, 2022, which was considered a violation of electoral silence.
For his part, the president of the body, Nouri Lajmi, indicated that the head of state, who is a stakeholder in the electoral process, talked in his speech of political forces which call for the boycott of the legislative elections, reports a Private radio.
