The HAICA inflicted a fine of 50,000 dinars on El Hiwar Ettounsi, according to a declaration issued by the Independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication.
According to HAICA, El Hiwar Ettounsi has been found guilty of political publicity for presidential nominee, Slim Riahi, by allowing him an exclusive interview broadcast last Wednesday.
They further ordered to remove the interview’s video from the channel main website and all its social media pages, along banning any replay for the video.
