Sousse 2 Court of First Instance spokesperson Haithem Boubaker announced this morning that a 16-year-old minor was raped. He added that the child protection delegate in Sousse notified the prosecution of the crime before the latter opened an inquiry.
According to the same source, 5 individuals were kept in custody, including 4 officials at the municipality of Hammam Sousse and another at the youth centre of the same delegation. According to preliminary data, the raped teenager is the son of another official functioning at the same establishment.
