Hatem Mliki believed that the cancellation of the 2014 Constitution and the adoption of a new one without a threshold, would lead the nation to a state of chronic instability.
During an interview on private radio, Mliki explained that the Head of State Kaïs Saïed, does not take into account the future of Tunisia and that he only desires to present the project of the new Constitution.
