Speaking at a press conference held this Saturday, National Guard spokesman Houssemeddine Jebabli reported that the terrorist cell that carried out an attack on January 4, 2022, against a security patrol in Douze was preparing an attack on the Interior Minister Taoufik Charfeddine during a visit to the south of the country.
Jebabli likewise announced that the security units managed to thwart several terrorist plans, including the dismantling of 73 cells by the police and more than 75 by the National Guard.
