Tunisia- Imen Gzara: Bechir Akremi buried 6,268 files relating to terrorist cases

The report of the General Inspectorate of the Ministry of Justice unveiled vital overruns perpetrated by the former Attorney General of the Republic under the first instance court of Tunis, Bichir Akremi, announced today Imen Gzaza member of the defence committee of the martyrs Chokri Belaid and Mohamed Brahmi.

According to the same report, 1,361 common law cases correlating to terrorist cases have been suspended indefinitely, in particular cases relating to the sending of jihadists to nations at war and cases relating to membership of terrorist organizations, according to Gzara.
Akremi additionally never delivered the court ruling on the case of the policeman who was the victim of gunfire by terrorists in 2018, the lawyer said.
