Article 9 of 2021 state budget provides for a raise of 100 millimes per kilogram of sugar meant for domestic, industrial or artisanal consumption, has just been approved by the house of people representatives.
The implementation of this increase is connected to the approval of the 2021 finance bill, however, most of the deputies told Tunisie Numérique that the adoption of the said project is becoming more and more a certainty.
