Tunisia-INPDP warns warns against the disclosure of data related to the state of health of an infected person

In a statement released on September 20, 2020, the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (INPDP) denounced the disclosure of data related to the state of health of people infected with the coronavirus on social networks.

The INPDP has warned against this kind of behavior that amounts to defamation, noting that any breach of the law on the protection of personal data could result in legal proceedings and even criminal penalties.
