Member of the defence committee of certain accused in the Instalingo case, Mokhtar Jemaï, revealed that several complaints have been brought before international courts, against the Minister of Justice, the director of the Messaâdine prison, and certain judges, for illegal confinement of people.
He added that the defence committee of two women imprisoned in this case filed such complaints for surpassing the legal period of preventive detention since these two women have been detained for 420 days, which is illegal and represents a crime against ‘humanity.
