The Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) opened the seals of 4 ballot boxes in the polling stations of Menzel Mehiri, Al-Waslatiyah, North and south of Kairouan.
Ballot boxes were reopened in the presence of a Notary Public, media and civil society activists.
