The network Green Tunisia(French:La Tunisie verte) declared that the Italian justice has, once again, dismissed the Italian company which had shipped containers of toxic waste to Tunisia.
The justice in the start, convicted this company to re-import at its expense the 282 containers sent to Tunisia and again, rejected the said company in connection with the financial guarantee deposited for the transaction.
