The deputy of Qalb Tounes, Iyadh Elloumi declared, this Thursday, September 24, 2020, that the President of the Republic, Kais Saïed exercises his functions based on populism.
Speaking to Shems FM, Elloumi said Kais Saïed has never campaigned before, adding that he came to power by chance.
Regarding the new appointments made by Mechichi, Elloumi indicated that the head of government has the right to choose the team he wants, stressing that the reaction of the head of state represents a position against Parliament and against the parties that support the government.
