The presidential decree on the creation of a provisional Superior Council of the Judiciary was issued yesterday in the JORT. This decree permits the President of the Republic to request the dismissal of any magistrate who fails in his professional obligations and this, on the basis of a reasoned report from the President of the Government or the Minister of Justice
. In this case, the Superior Council of the Provisional Magistracy issues an immediate decision calling for the suspension of the magistrate from his duties until the processing of his file.
