Economic specialist, Moez Joudi declared, this Thursday, on private radio, that the State has become such a bad payer and that it no longer pays its creditors, that private companies have rejected, for some time, to participate in calls for tenders launched by the State, since they know that they will not be paid and that they jeopardise bankruptcy. This means that most calls for tenders are unsuccessful and that the State has become unable to carry out its projects.
