The President of the Republic, Kais Saied said today ministerial council, that after 2011, one of the officials, received from abroad, an amount of 500 million dollars as aid, however, he did not deposit that amount into the treasury.
He added that some nations have confirmed that they “no longer desire to give funds and grants to Tunisia”.
Saied condemned “the external intervention in the internal affairs of our country, calling on foreign countries to return the looted funds to Tunisia before they offer us a number of solutions”.
