President Kais Saied emphasized the principles of Tunisian diplomacy, notably the independence of state decision-making and the diversification of its strategic partnerships, during his reception yesterday, Wednesday, at the Carthage Palace, of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, Mohamed Ali Nafti.
According to a statement from the presidency, the head of state emphasized that the war of liberation waged by the Tunisian people within the country must be accompanied by intensive diplomatic work. Diplomatic missions must redouble their efforts to defend Tunisia’s interests, and consular missions must, in turn, provide the requested services to Tunisians abroad in the best possible conditions.
