A paramedic working at Sabibah regional hospital contracted the COVID-19 from an elderly while transporting him to Kasserine regional hospital, said, Regional Health Director Abdelghani Chaaban.
The elderly in question has recovered from virus after all his tests came out negative.
Chaaban said that the Nurse will be quarantined from his family until he is transported to an accommodation centre in the cost along with another paramedic who also has the virus.
