The deputy director of preventive medicine at the regional health directorate in Kasserine reported on Tuesday that the region has registered an increase in new cases of COVID-19 infection, but no hospitalizations for serious cases.
He, nonetheless, announced the death of two patients by COVID-19, knowing that they were citizens aged 87 and 67, carriers of chronic diseases and who were not vaccinated.
