The fifth official edition of the Katara Prize for the Arab novel selected writer Mahmoud Messadi as the personality of the year.
An classic exposition presenting all the works of Mahmoud Messadi will be arranged during this cultural event, which is programmed for October 13-16 at the Opera House, Doha Qatar.
Tunisian writer Mahmoud Tarchouna and Algerian researcher Abdelhak Belabed will further be participating in a organized conference respectfully dedicated to Mahmoud Messadi‘s writing.
The cultural event will further see the official release of a valuable book amassing the main stages of Messadi‘s life, in addition to the screening of a documentary honouring his cultural and political career.
