Esperance Sportive de Tunis was crowned Tunisian champions for the 30th time in their history, following their draw against CS Chebba (1-1).
The new record came after the goal of Jilani Abdessalem who cheated Moez Ben Cherifia in the 59th minute with a shot , Mouine Chaabani’s men quickly responded thanks to the header from Abdelkader Bedrane, 6 minutes later, taking advantage of the corner from Abderraouf Benguit.
