The Independent High Authority for Elections (ISIE) called, in a press release issued on its official page, candidates for local councils to prepare their files and collect the needed sponsorships.
The same source invited candidates to submit their application files during the period from October 23 to November 1, 2023.
Among the needed documents is a summary of the candidate’s electoral program signed by 50 people.
