Speaking to Tunisie Numérique, MP Mabrouk Korchid called on Health Minister Faouzi Mehdi to step down from his post, stating he has failed to take the required measures to curb the spread of the pandemic.
Recalling Faouzi Mehdi’s past as a soldier, Korchid compared him to a general who prompted his troops to lose the war, examining that the vaccination strategy set in place by the Ministry of Health had been a dismal failure.
